What we publish on swissbiotech.org and in the newsletter: news, events, jobs and company profiles, question by question. We reserve the right to decide whether and how an entry is published.
Publishing rules
While the guide explains how to submit your news, the following rules outline the criteria we use to review it. You can expand several answers at once for easy reference. Following these rules helps us publish your news quickly and smoothly. Submissions that do not meet the requirements may be delayed or declined.
You may upload an image to accompany your news. We will review it to ensure it is suitable and relevant to the content.
Publication on our website does not guarantee inclusion in the monthly newsletter.
We carefully select news to ensure a balanced mix of topics and companies, while avoiding excessive coverage of the same subject.
If you have editorial content that focuses on sharing valuable insights rather than promoting your company, explore our guidelines for contributing to the newsletter. Editorial contributions are free of charge.
Inform us in advance and obtain confirmation that your content will be included. We reserve the right to decide whether and how content is published to ensure the best fit with our newsletter.
Content must have a clear connection to Switzerland and be relevant to the broader Swiss biotech community.
For paid advertising in our Swiss Biotech newsletter, use our online advertising order form.
Before submitting your event for promotion on our website, ensure it meets the following criteria. Events that meet these requirements will be considered for promotion.
Prior agreement: You have contacted us and received approval to submit your event, for example, through a co-promotion agreement.
