From your idea to the newsletter

Our newsletter is distributed monthly, around the 15th of the month, depending on topics +/- 4 days.

  1. Check that it fits

    Your content is clearly related to Switzerland and relevant for the entire biotech community in Switzerland.

  2. Ask us first

    Make sure that you inform us in advance and got our confirmation that we will include your content on our monthly newsletter.

  3. Write it to the format

    Your content covers all required info: a teaser title, a main title, the text, a picture and a link or contact, as below.

  4. Email it by the 12th

    The deadline for your editorial input by email is the 12th of each month.

Content requirements

US English. No capitalization of words in titles or in texts (only exceptions are names). Avoid abbreviations.

A teaser title

Max. 70 characters – incl. spaces.

A main title

Max. 45 characters – incl. spaces.

The text

Max. 500 characters – incl. spaces. Neutrally formulated, i.e. no use of personal pronouns as we, us, our, ours.

A picture

An illustration picture without any embedded text sized 560x300px with a high resolution, or your logo.

A link or contact

A link to your website relevant to your input or contact information (e.g. email and/or phone number).

We reserve the right to decide whether and how your content is published to guarantee best fit in our newsletter. To book paid advertising, see advertising in the newsletter.
