Your account

One account per person, with your business address: to add and update your company’s listings, and for members the member logo.

Create an account

Create an account in three steps

  1. Open “Create account”

Press the person icon at the top right, then “Create account” under the login form. A listing form that needs an account offers the same button.

    Create account

  2. Use your business address

For security reasons, please use your personal business email address, not a shared one such as info@: it tells us who you are, and a company listing has one author, the account that manages it.

  3. Activate it

We email you a link that activates the account. Nothing after a few minutes? Look in the spam folder, or try to log in: the notice there sends the email again.

Logging in, and who manages what

The person icon at the top right opens “Log in”, and logging in there opens your account. A form that asked you to log in, such as a listing form, takes you back to it instead. Your account starts with your listings, each with its status and the next step: “Edit listing”, “Relist” or “Resume” for a draft. “Add something new” below them opens the forms.

Lost password

Under the login form, “Lost your password?” asks for your username or address and emails you a link to set a new one.

Who has access to a company’s listing

A company listing has one author: the account that added or claimed it. If “Find or add your company” says “Managed by its company”, a colleague’s account has it; when that colleague has left, or you do not know who it is, we can tell you or move the listing to your account. Share a file in the community

  1. Write your post

In the community’s activity stream, or in one of your groups, write what’s new in the post form. A comment under a post takes a file the same way.

  2. Add a file

“Add a file” under the text takes images, PDF and Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents, each up to 96 MB. The file uploads at once and is listed under the button; the × beside it takes it back before you post.

  3. Post

Pictures show under your post, documents as a list with a download link. In a group, every file posted there is also under the group’s “Files” tab. You can remove your own file with the × beside it; deleting the post removes its files. Anyone with a file’s address can open it, so do not post what is confidential.
